  The new DX3443 possess significant enhancements over the DX3440 including:
  
  New RPCS Network Controller: The FV-Lt network controller has greater functionality compared to its predecessor. This includes:
  - Web Image Monitor
  - Smart Device Monitor
  - Desktop Binder
  
  The enhanced network controller gives the DX3443 a greater possibility to enter into market sectors such as government offices, schools and corporations where the LAN environment is well established.
  
  Fine mode: The DX3443 boast the capabilities of producing masters in 400dpi, when in ‘Fine Mode’. This makes the machine ideal for printing photo images and other important documentation.
  
  
  Custom made colour inks: The availability of custom made colour inks has proven advantageous for the digital duplicator range especially as this benefit is not shared by the MFP/LP range. Demands for spot colour printing on letter heads, invoices and other personalised documentation still remains strong. The DX3443 have the capabilities of spot colour printing in both standard and custom made colour inks which are ‘Ricoh Global Standard‘ compliant.
